Fellow Consulting AG has one of the most experienced teams of Oracle / Siebel certified consultants in Germany and Europe. The founding took place on January 30th, 2009. Our close collaboration with national and international partner companies allows access to other experts.

Our consultants and their experience from numerous projects with renowned clients (including BMW, Messe Munich, ZKB, Unicredit, Dresdner Bank, DZBank, Bayer Healthcare, ABN Amro, KPN, DB, RBS, TSI, DTAG) form the basis for a successful, targeted and effective implementation of CRM, BI and integration projects.

The following projects were included fellow consultants successfully completed: 

1. Unicredit Markets and Investment Banking 


Siebel CRM 8.0 and Siebel Analytics (OBI EE 10g) implementation for worldwide distributed around 800 relationship managers of Unicredit MIB Division. The aim of the project was efficiency and increase transparency in the sale of complex financial products to institutional clients. Fellow Consultants have developed in close cooperation with customers all customer-related processes analyzed and documented, and the CRM application to processes adapted. In particular, existing trade and controlling systems to the analytical component of the new CRM system is connected, what extensive evaluations and predictions of profitability for the customer relationship manager has made it possible. The project has been in Time, Quality and Budget finalized.
