What is meant by text generation and what does it have to do with ChatGPT?
Text generation refers to the process of automating the creation of text by a computer program or AI application. These texts can be readable and useful much like human-written texts, but are just not written by humans, but by a machine.
Some examples of the use of text generation are:
- Automated news, such as weather reports or traffic reports.
- Generation of descriptions of products or services for e-commerce websites
- Generation of news articles or short stories by an AI system
- Generation of answers to customer queries in real time by a chatbot.
ChatGPT, as we know, is an AI-based chatbot and thus is also capable of generating texts. You can, for example, ask ChatGPT to write entire blog posts, content statements, advertising texts, contracts, reminders and much more for you. However, it is advisable, especially for knowledge articles, to have the text generated by ChatGPT validated by an expert. Because we must not forget that an AI also has limits. However, it can be a support for us in any case, for example, when writing texts, and save us a lot of time.
ChatGPT generates texts with the help of an AI. DOC² also uses an AI, but not to generate texts, but to read/recognize, classify, validate generated texts from different documents and all this on a high level and thanks to KI swarm intelligence also on a high automation level.
